Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern egpt365.com and the digital services presented by EGPT365: Clipo365 and Vidanet-SA. By activating or using a paid service, you agree to these Terms and the subscription information shown before confirmation.

1. Our Services

Clipo365 provides mobile short-form video content. Vidanet-SA provides entertainment, educational, technology, food, and recipe content. Content may change as catalogues and rights are updated.

2. Prices, Billing, and Renewal

Paid access is billed daily through supported mobile operators. Charges may be deducted from prepaid credit or added to a postpaid bill. Subscriptions renew automatically each day until successfully cancelled.

  • Clipo365: WE — 10 EGP/day; Etisalat — 8 EGP/day; Orange — 5 EGP/day; Vodafone — 5 EGP/day.
  • Vidanet-SA: R10/day through Vodacom or MTN.

Before confirming, review the service name, price, currency, billing frequency, operator, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation method. You must be authorized to use the mobile number and account selected for billing.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Future renewals stop after the operator or service confirms successful cancellation.

Clipo365

  • WE: send UNSUB CLI to 4041.
  • Etisalat: send UNSUB CLI to 1722.
  • Orange: send UNSUB CLI to 5030.
  • Vodafone: send UNSUB CLI to 6699.

Vidanet-SA

Dial *135*997# and follow the content-services prompts. Keep the operator confirmation showing that cancellation was completed.

4. Refunds

Digital access may begin immediately after confirmation. Charges already incurred are generally non-refundable after access begins, except where required by law or where an investigation confirms an unauthorized, duplicate, or technically incorrect charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for review instructions.

5. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from the authorized mobile-account holder. Services are for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with service security.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit protected content.
  • Do not use automated tools to extract content or overload a service.
  • Do not provide false information or use a mobile account without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property and Availability

The websites, software, branding, interfaces, and licensed content are protected by intellectual-property laws. A subscription provides a limited personal right to access the applicable service and does not transfer ownership or redistribution rights.

Availability may depend on location, device, internet access, mobile operators, billing partners, maintenance, and content rights. Features and content may change over time.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Sharp Dynamic, Lda is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by third-party failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy and Governing Law

Personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile operators and billing partners may also process information under their own policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in the user's country.
